Moritz Graefrath is a non-resident fellow at Defense Priorities.

Graefrath is the Wick Cary Assistant Professor of International Security at the University of Oklahoma. His research, which has appeared in International Theory, the European Journal of International Security, Global Studies Quarterly, and several other outlets, operates at the intersection of IR theory and international security, focusing on great power politics and grand strategy. He received his Ph.D. in political science from the University of Notre Dame.
