Michelle Newby is the Programs Director at Defense Priorities. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Program Officer for the foreign policy team at the Charles Koch Foundation, a Project Manager and Policy Analyst for the foreign policy team at the Charles Koch Institute, and a Legislative Researcher/Writer for the Cato Institute. She has a Masters in International Relations from the University of Chicago and a Bachelors in Political Science and History from Emory University.
