Ukraine soldiers’ morale boosted by U.S. aid

Lawmakers in the U.S. House of Representatives overwhelming passed a 95 billion foreign aid bill. At least five rockets were launched from Iraq’s town of Zummar toward a U.S. military base in northeastern Syria on Sunday.
