Victoria-Katharina Flick is a DPhil candidate in International Relations at the University of Oxford and a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress. Her research focuses on international security, diplomacy, transatlantic relations, and U.S. foreign policy toward Europe. Born in Austria, she holds a B.A. in Political Science with departmental honors from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
Victoria’s professional experience spans the public and private sectors, with positions at Deloitte Consulting, the Embassy of Austria, and the Wilson Center. A native German speaker fluent in English and French, she has built a distinguished record working across multinational environments, with a research focus on European security, U.S. foreign policy, and transatlantic affairs.
