Jackson Burns is a contributing fellow at Defense Priorities.

Jack is a graduate of the University of Alabama, and holds an MA in Asia-Pacific Studies from National Chengchi University. As a graduate student in Taiwan, Jack conducted research on Cross-Strait relations, Indo-Pacific security, and Taiwan’s domestic politics. He has previously interned with the Taiwan People’s Party (TPP) and the Taiwan Center for Security Studies (TCSS). He is a native of the state of Alabama.
