Letters: President Donald Trump’s cowboy diplomacy carries great risks for America

Daniel DePetris’ column “Trump’s cowboy diplomacy in the Western Hemisphere is succeeding, but has risks” (Feb. 6) is correct in at least one sense: the very real risks President Donald Trump’s diplomacy poses to Americans. The “succeeding” part is more open to interpretation.
